Pathways to Employment

Our Transitional Employment Program offers real, paid work opportunities for members who are ready to re-enter the workforce. Each placement is tailored to individual strengths and goals, providing a supported bridge between unemployment and open employment. Members build confidence, learn new skills, and rediscover their sense of purpose.

Ongoing Support & Mentorship

Participants are never alone on their journey. Canefields staff provide hands-on support throughout every placement — from job preparation and training to workplace coaching and follow-up.
